If this is your case, what will happen is that your package will have a “Modality Change”. This means that it cannot be released immediately but requires a Customs Agency or Broker to perform the respective nationalization process.
Mis Envios Express does NOT provide customs brokerage services, but we do have partners that we can recommend for this purpose.
Of course you can. If we know that something is going to have a change of modality (formal import process), we help you to issue the air waybill (AWB) either as: direct unloading, delivery in Free Trade Zone or delivery in a warehouse of your choice.
If, on the other hand, you do not have a preferred warehouse then we will deliver the goods to the airline’s own warehouse.
Rates depend on the weight of the box to be transported, and the size of the box, which gives us a volume based on the dimensions of the box (length, width and height).
