The direct operator does NOT issue for you the international documents you need for the shipment but will ask you to fill out a form (for the waybill) and to bring your own invoice. We simplify the process for you (at no additional cost) because the same rates that they provide, you can get with us.
Additionally, the operator gives you the waybill but you are the one who must track it and in case you need something, you must call the Call Center to ask for information. With Mis Envíos Express you gain peace of mind (because we track the package for you, and we keep you informed of everything) and besides that, you save time because you do NOT have to call any Call Center but you have immediate assistance through your Commercial Executive.
Mis Envios Express has been the ONLY one that has won the National Export Award and it was in 2023, granted by Analdex and ProColombia. The restrictions in Colombia for international shipments are minimal in terms of weight, values or types of products, however, we must first know which country you are sending to and what you want to send to identify if that merchandise requires any approval or import license in the destination country.
Remember that it is not the same to send medicine to the United States as to Ecuador, or food to Canada as to Europe.

It is important that at the moment of quoting with us you ask for the “International Coverage” service that has an additional cost but that will allow you to have a refund of the declared value of your merchandise in case something happens.
Response times may vary from one carrier to another, but the claim case and the follow-up of your reimbursement will be handled directly by us so you don’t have to worry about calling a Call Center. Don’t forget to provide photos and all the evidence that we ask for so that we can manage everything in the best possible way.
