Unfortunately NO, and the truth is that no responsible carrier should commit to this.

The reason is very simple: We are subject to customs regulations and inspections by these government agencies that have the power to open packages, review them and ultimately allow or deny them entry into other countries.

You must keep in mind that the rates are NOT standard. That is, to identify the price of an international shipment we need to know:

  • How many boxes are there?
  • how much does each box weigh?
  • What are the dimensions of each box in length, width and height?
  • Towards which city and country you are going to
  • What declared value do you want to give to the goods?

Based on the above, we will be able to provide you with the final rate.

Clearly you should know that they are quite different from a domestic shipping rate.

Now, the important thing is that your package travels as efficiently as possible (in relation to weight – volume) so that you don’t overpay.

Additionally, we have tailor-made rates, that is to say, what you, your business, enterprise or company needs.

Our shipping service is Courier so there is no weight or declared value limit for a package to leave Colombia to a foreign country BUT, you must be careful with the destination country because there may be entry limits.

Yes. All our points of sale offer the service of shipments from Colombia to foreign countries (exports) and shipments from any part of the world to Colombia (imports).

In Colombia, imports by Courier, Postal Traffic or express shipment have the following limits:

  • Weight per guide and per piece less than 50 kg
  • Customs value less than USD 2,000
  • Maximum 6 units for the same reference

If your merchandise does NOT meet these requirements, it does not mean that you cannot import it, but simply that you will have a “Change of Modality”, which requires a customs broker.
